Type M Travel Adapter (SANS 164-1)
Type M plugs are the heavy-duty grounded plug system defined by the South African national standard SANS 164-1 (derived from BS 546). They feature three large round pins and are intended for higher-current appliances.
Electrical standard: typically 220–240 V / 50 Hz.
Adapters do not convert voltage.
